Right at the beginning of the crisis, the Corona crisis team collected the employees’ questions and, of course, the corresponding answers together with official decrees and regulations regarding the crisis in order to provide all important information in one file to everyone.

These FAQs are updated almost daily. Particularly for foreign assignments of our technicians, we have to decide on a case-by-case basis whether our employees are allowed to and if it is safe and reasonable to travel to the countries in question, and we have to ensure the required arrangements for these visits abroad: Issuing documents, asking for invitations, having employees tested before and after the visit, making applications to the health authorities, etc.

We are highly committed to complying with all regulations and taking the required measures - and so far we have met this challenge with very few infections among our staff.
